Who is behind Lyvng.Solutions?
Darwn Gafori studied civil engineering and project development and has more than 19 years of national and international experience in the development of residential and commercial real estate, from the initial concept through the feasibility study, planning, and construction supervision to the handover. As a senior project developer, he was responsible for developing the HAVENS LIVING concept, which won the SO!APART Award in the “big and spacious” category in 2024, as well as the German Design Award.
Before founding Lyvng.Solutions, he worked for one of Germany's leading provider of PBSA and micro-living. Today, he brings this practical, technically sound experience to bear on PBSA, co-living and residential projects for institutional clients, including LBBW, with a focus on the key factors: quality, cost, time and long-term operational performance.
