Conversion of a vacant office building and a partially occupied residential wing into micro-apartments and co-living spaces. The design focused not only on modern aesthetics, but also on light, well-being and creating a second home for residents. As an employed Senior Project Developer, responsible for all project phases, from concept development and design coordination through implementation to completion.
